You will get also a confirmation email with your tracking number. PLEASE DO NOT ASK FOR A TRACKING NUMBER EARLIER THAN 3 DAYS AFTER YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN PAID. NOTE: Certain email providers may filter or redirect to SPAM/JUNK our emails with your tracking number inside. However, once updated, your tracking information is always available in your Order's details. Please make sure to check your SPAM/JUNK folder and your Order details in your account at SuppsForLife.
Why I’m charged for multiple shipments?SuppsForLifeWe are shipping from multiple warehouses which are located in different countries which result in multiple shipping costs added to your order. In order to avoid it, order please from the same warehouse.
What does “Origin Post is Preparing Shipment” mean?SuppsForLifeYou don't have to worry! Origin Post is Preparing Shipment can be very misleading to expecting customers. This status will often remain until your package entry US Customs and they process and approve it. Your patience is greatly appreciated!
What if my order is seized?SuppsForLifeIn case of seizure, customs are sending a seizure letter. But in some cases the letter is not sent. In the case that one is received, please contact us and include the photos of the letter and the envelope. We will review your case. In the case that a letter is not received, we must refer to tracking details alone. The customs processing time is not predictable. We require 30 full days of transit time before we rule out delivery. If no delivery occurs by then, we can review your case and discuss any potential options to resolve the matter.
What are the available shipping options?SuppsForLifeWe mostly ship using regular airmail. We have tested multiple shipping methods and have found this to be the most secure and successful. Occasionally, for big orders we may ship using an express shipping method. Please open a ticket and we will provide you more info about express shipping. Please Note: We are shipping from different warehouses around the world. Each warehouse has a separate shipping cost. We would advise you to order from the same warehouse to avoid multiple shipping fees.
How do you wrap your packages?SuppsForLifeOur shippers are well experienced in the art of discreet shipping. We do not include any company names or the contents of the package on the package. As an added security, we advice to order from our USA Warehouses to be sure your packages are not going through customs.
Can you ship to PO Box, APO, or FPO addresses?SuppsForLifeYes, we do ship to PO Boxes but please note, if the name provided is not registered at that PO Box or the address is written incorrectly, delivery is unlikely to occur. We ask that you please double check your address information to ensure accuracy before submitting it. APO and FPO addresses are serviced by the U.S. Postal Service. However, some complications may arise given the additional security checks. We cannot guarantee delivery to these addresses.
Do I need to sign for my package?SuppsForLifeWe do not require a signature for delivery if you order from our USA Warehouses. If you order from our overseas warehouses a signature may be required. You don't have to worry about it because it is a normal procedure.
What if I missed my delivery?SuppsForLifeThe post office is usually keeping your package for 1-2 weeks before they return it to the sender. Make sure to contact the post office with your tracking number to schedule redelivery or pick up the package in person. Please monitor your tracking to avoid any complications with delivery otherwise we won't be able to reship because we are using a fake return delivery address.
What if my items were wrong or damaged?SuppsForLifePlease accept our apologies for the possible shipping mistakes! Shipping errors may occur from time time, we are all humans. Please submit a ticket here and attach a photo of the envelope or box - showing your tracking, shipping address, etc. Include also a photo please with everything that was in the package. We will review your case for any needed action and will get back to you.
