The post office is usually keeping your package for 1-2 weeks before they return it to the sender. Make sure to contact the post office with your tracking number to schedule redelivery or pick up the package in person. Please monitor your tracking to avoid any complications with delivery otherwise we won’t be able to reship because we are using a fake return delivery address.
