Yes, we do ship to PO Boxes but please note, if the name provided is not registered at that PO Box or the address is written incorrectly, delivery is unlikely to occur. We ask that you please double check your address information to ensure accuracy before submitting it.APO and FPO addresses are serviced by the U.S. Postal Service. However, some complications may arise given the additional security checks. We cannot guarantee delivery to these addresses.
We do not require a signature for delivery if you order from our USA Warehouses. If you order from our overseas warehouses a signature may be required. You don't have to worry about it because it is a normal procedure.
Yes, we do provide tracking numbers. You will be able to check the status of the delivery anytime you want. You will get also a confirmation email with your tracking number.PLEASE DO NOT ASK FOR A TRACKING NUMBER EARLIER THAN 3 DAYS AFTER YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN PAID.NOTE: Certain email providers may filter or redirect to SPAM/JUNK our emails with your tracking number inside. However, once updated, your tracking information is always available in your Order's details. Please make sure to check your SPAM/JUNK folder and your Order details in your account at SuppsForLife.
You can't change the payment method. The only option is to place a new order.
Your order status will be updated to processing and you will receive a confirmation email. You can review your order status by viewing your order on our website.
You can track your order by entering your Order ID and Email Address at Order Tracking page. Also you can track your order at your order page here. Click the tracking number and select the available tracking link to follow-up.
Our shippers are well experienced in the art of discreet shipping. We do not include any company names or the contents of the package on the package.As an added security, we advice to order from our USA Warehouses to be sure your packages are not going through customs.
After you have filled the Payment Form at your order's page it usually takes 2-3 working days to receive your funds, except weekends and national Holidays.
Usually we ship within 1-3 days from the date your order status is set to processing. But please note that sometimes delays may occur.
